- Demo of all existing items
- Correct any ceilings, walls and floors substructure, if needed,

Step 1 - IN-HOME CONSULTATION

Review personal design style, inspiration photos, wants, and needs of client(s)
Discuss current home and adjacent spaces
Review of possible scope of work
Take measurements and ensure design wants and needs will work with space allowed
Select Cabinetry or Vanity line, Door style, and Finish as a staring point
Submit Estimate for work scope

Step 2 - SECONDARY DESIGN APPOINTMENT

Review renderings and layout with designer to easily visualize proposed design layout
Consider options and make appropriate changes based on field measurements with client
Review Preliminary Full Install Proposal items and final estimate costs
Final measure to confirm accurate dimensions and review final design with client & designer

Step 3 - SIGN CONTRACT ORDER MATERIALS SCHEDULE INSTALL

Sign Contract for the agreed Job Scope & Price.
File for building permits if needed.
Order Materials for the complete job.
All Materials must be received at jobsite prior to staring project.
Schedule start date for the project.
